We love the kids who are part of our church family and can't wait to meet yours! Filling out this form allows us to get them into out check-in system ahead of time so that when you arrive, we can be focused on getting to know you, not getting your information into our iPads.

We ask for your cell phone number because this is how we will contact you if your child has a need during service. It is printed out on all of the name tags kids who are in 4th grade and younger receive at check-in.
