Grounds for Sculpture is a delightful park filled with serious and whimsicle artwork. I personally have been there with seniors and later with my school-aged grandchildren and both loved it. It is located near Trenton and will take us 90 minutes or so to drive there. You can learn more about this park by going to their website
HERE.
We will leave around 9:30 AM and return by about 4 PM. At this point we expect to travel there in personal cars and in the church van. If there is a need for more transportation, we will get an additional van.
The cost of entering the park is $17 for those who are 65 or older as long as we have at least 15 people. (Check with me if you are part of the ACCESS program.) We are asking you to pay the entrance fee (non-refundable) in advance. You can pay by credit card below or by cash or check at the welcome center.)
In addition, each person will buy their own lunch at the cafe on the grounds (no picnicking allowed). They have a limited menu and sandwiches or salads cost approx $17, not including beverage.
A limited number or electric scooters are available for $25/day and wheelchairs are available for $15/day.
